So hopefully with a goal set of ~sometime in March~ I will fill you in on what I've been up to since, I don't know when!
Well, since I am sitting here and little Miss is happy practising her letters next to me ... here is something I whipped up sometime back in November I think ~ oh dear it has been a while!

Lemon Butter ... mmmm
I made this in my Thermomix, super easy, and recycled some pasta sauce jars. A little colourful fabric over the lid and a cute tag that I whipped up!
It was delicious ~ and I still have one jar left ... maybe some lemon meringue pies ~ double mmmm ...
